For the past few weeks, we've been using 4-5 delivery drivers a day. At times it can be tough to gauge how many drivers are required on a specific night, but I'm really starting to get the hang of it. There are many factors when it comes to staffing, I always consider the size of our radius along with how many orders I predict that we'll receive. Today is absolutely a six-driver day. Fortunately for us, we have a handful of experienced drivers that work very quickly through their routes. Today we'll also have a relatively inexperienced driver, it gives me relief to know that the other guys will help him learn how to deliver our sundaes quickly and carefully. So six men strong? Maybe 5 and a half. But hey, I've got a lot of faith in this kid. We fail and succeed as a team, and we're locked and ready to go.
