The Scootery is really good at a lot of stuff, answering phones, not always great. Calling us during peak hours is about as helpful as hoping for good weather in space, asking a horse to babysit, or the green line ever. Our biggest struggle is at our is we simply do not have time to answer the phone. Responding to an email is quick. There is almost always someone at the computer routing and printing slips so it’s easy for them to respond to an email. It doesn’t help that Google Voice service in the store is not great.
