Whipped Secrets

Our whipped cream recipe is the stuff of legends, here is its story. Originally an ancient Yiddish recipe, it has been passed down through the generations traveling the globe. Originating somewhere in Central Europe it has moved from Germany, over to Poland, over and up to Russia before heading down into China before crossing the Pacific. It traveled east across the US to the North Shore of Chicago. It spent a few years being regularly applied to the sundaes of an orphanage in Gurnee IL. It was found there by a chocolatier who smuggled it out of the orphanage to the Burnham Harbor where our very own Sean Sally won the recipe in a game of Texas Holdem. A few weeks later an old friend called him up about starting a sundae delivery business. Sean knew it was destiny and so brought the recipe to Boston where it adorns our sundaes for you.

The story of that whipped cream traveling from Central Europe all the way to a poker win at Burnham Harbor is wild—especially the orphanage detour in Gurnee. It makes the sundae delivery origin feel like a true legend. By the way, I keep a free short haircut style gallery I like to share: https://shorthaircuts.net/
