If you ever order from our website and you tip our drivers from your credit card you may have noticed a secondary charge of your bank statement which we know can be alarming. When you sign a tip on the order receipt we do not process it right away. We normally enter all credit tips manually after one to two weeks. We are not double charging or charging for anything you did not sign for. If you think there is a discrepancy contact us and we will remedy the situation immediately. If you like we can provide an image if the signed slip but most importantly you should know the security of your credit information and integrity of our business is paramount.
